We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (Klang Valley).

Orders are usually delivered within 10 working days after order confirmation.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos of the damage.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Long Friendship Program

The Long Friendship Program is available for selected sofas, bed frames, and divans.

It allows you to refresh and renew your furniture over time by:

• Changing the fabric colour
• Changing the fabric texture
• Replacing the fabric for a refreshed look

This service is available at an additional cost and is subject to material availability and quotation at the time of request.

The Long Friendship Program is a renewal service designed to help your furniture stay with you longer. It is not a warranty and does not cover manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
